Meet Peter Ramos – Founder & U.S. Navy Veteran

Peter Ramos is the founder of Trident Joint Services and a U.S. Navy veteran with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the boiler and mechanical services industry. His journey began in Little Creek, Virginia, where he served aboard the U.S.S. Grapple ARS 53 as an Electrician’s Mate.

During his Mediterranean deployment, Peter worked on shipboard electrical systems, including generators and high-voltage wiring. He also completed firefighter training — instilling in him a deep respect for discipline, teamwork, and safety.

Following his service, he launched his first company, Truheat, in 2020 and later co-founded Trident to serve critical infrastructure clients with the same integrity, reliability, and performance he’s built his career on.

Peter is also a devoted husband and proud father of three sons, the youngest of whom is on the autism spectrum. His role as a parent has deepened his dedication to hard work, patience, and showing up for those who depend on him — values that extend to his business and team.
