Air Coil, Ice Machine & Filter Maintenance

Coil Cleanings

Coil cleaning is a crucial maintenance task that involves removing dirt, debris, and other contaminants from the coils to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Ice Machine Cleanings

Regular ice machine cleanings are necessary to prevent the buildup of bacteria, mold, and scale, which can compromise the quality and safety of the ice produced.

Domestic Water Foutain Cleanings

Periodic domestic water fountain cleanings are essential to eliminate bacteria, algae, and mineral deposits, ensuring that the water is clean and safe for consumption.

Chiller Tube Cleanings

Chiller tube cleanings are critical for maintaining the efficiency and lifespan of the chiller by removing fouling deposits and ensuring proper heat transfer.

Acid Cleanings

Acid cleanings involve using specialized chemicals to remove mineral and scale buildup, which can improve energy efficiency and prevent corrosion, ultimately extending the lifespan of the equipment.

Filtration Systems

Filtration systems are designed to remove impurities from water, air, or other substances by using physical, chemical, or biological processes, improving the quality water.

Improved Indoor Air Quality

Air coil cleanings and filtration change outs can greatly improve indoor air quality by removing dirt, dust, and other pollutants that accumulate in air coils and filters. This will reduce the risk of health issues for employees and customers.

9

Increased Energy Efficiency

Regular cleanings and filter changes can help to maintain the efficiency of your cooling tower system and reduce energy costs.

9

Extended Equipment Life

Regular cleanings and filter changes can help to extend the life of the equipment, reducing the need for costly repairs or replacements.

No Project Too Big Or Too Small

Air handling coils easily become fouled with dust and grime and when these coils are fouled they do not provide the proper air flow, resulting in greater energy consumption. It has been estimated that dirty coils are responsible for as much as 1/3 of a facility’s wasted energy. In addition, coil capacity, measured as cubic feet per minute of air flow, can be reduced by as much as 30% if air handling coils become dirty. Fouled coils also increase operating temperatures which break down compressor lubricants and ultimately shorten the life of this equipment.

Trident Joint Service’s teams performs coil cleaning in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations. We use Best Practice and our technicians always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment and follow all safety precautions.

Following each coil cleaning, we provide a written report with before and after photographs to validate our cleaning procedure and provide you with permanent written documentation.
